"Still Waiting on My Order"
I’m STILL waiting on my order and it’s been way longer than I expected. Shipping is taking forever, and support hasn’t really kept me updated, which is frustrating

"Really poor customer service"
I tried getting in touch with Marshmello about an issue with my order, but it was a hassle. Their replies took forever, and when they finally got back to me, it seemed like they hadn’t even read what I’d written.
I ended up having to chase them more than once and still never got a straight answer. Super frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I ordered from marshmellomusic.com the quality was better than I expected. It feels sturdy, works fine so far, and the packaging was decent too. My only little rant is that there was a tiny mark on it, and yeah, it’s not the end of the world, but come on, once you notice it, you notice it. Still, it’s not enough to make me regret the purchase or anything. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.

"Got the wrong order and not much help"
I ordered from marshmellomusic.com, and when the package showed up, it wasn’t actually what I picked. It was kind of close, I guess, but still not right, and there was also a part of the order just missing, so...
I reached out to them about it, but the whole thing felt slow and kind of all over the place. I know mistakes happen, and I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but when an order is wrong, you’d think they’d just fix it faster. Disappointing overall...

"Feels a bit overpriced"
I kind of felt like I was charged more than what it was really worth. For the price, I expected a better overall experience, and it just didn’t feel like the value was there. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they lower the prices a bit.
